Welcome to GLADNA NAILS.

We are a small private salon and during busy times space can be limited.

In order to provide you and other clients with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below. 

Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.

Arriving

Please arrive 5~10 minutes early for your treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, fill out any necessary forms and enjoy light refreshments at Gladna Nails. 

 

Arriving late will rob you of precious treatment minutes as each session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client.

 

We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals (within 15 minutes after your appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. We gladly ask you to please notify us via text or call in these situations.

 

We recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to our salon. We’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our location, parking, dining options and etc.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please send SMS 0498-739-920 or email us (gladna.nails@gmail.com) at least 24 hours in advance.

No show or less than 24 hour notice cancellations could inccur a $20 charge which will be included in your next booking.

 

Child Safety

We love families and children. However, we use chemicals, sharp scissors - and don't want anyone to be injured while visiting, This includes bringing your babysitter with you.

 

Children are only permitted in the salon area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, 

no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children also we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. 

 

We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests as time slot is booked only for you. If there is a breach of the conditions above, we are not liable. 

 

Complaints or Comments

Any complaint or comment regarding your treatments should be made in the first instance to the receptionist before you leave the salon so that it can be resolved at the time.

 

Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to gladna.nails@gmail.com 

 

Refund Policy - Services

At The Gladna Nails all our treatments are carried out. If you have had a treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact us. 

 

We cannot give refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately.

 

Appointment Reminder by Text Message

If you booked your appointment by phone and gave us your mobile number, you will receive a text reminder 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service(s). 

 

You will have the option to reschedule or cancel your appointment at that time. 

 

Health Conditions

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when making your salon reservation.

 

Cleanliness

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

 

Payment

Available by Cash, or EFTPOS/Card.
